What began as a simple & small brick building was transformed into a beautifully constructed, high-end commercial property. This state-of-the-art building houses over 7,000 square feet divided into 4 suites for multi-use office space. Half of this building was built specifically for the REMAX offices & WDBJ7.
This modular construction project--built from the ground up--began Fall 2004 and was completed by Spring 2005. SAS managed the site work and framing of the two additions and completed an upstairs renovation in 2016.
Sitting conveniently close to the 460 junction, you’ve probably noticed it while driving down South Main. Although a commercial building, it was intentionally designed to resemble a home as an ode to the REMAX real estate office.
