SPEC HOMES
SAS Builders sometimes builds houses as one-of-a-kind homes, not as part of a standard neighborhood development. Depending on when a buyer enters the process, the home may be complete or at some stage of construction. If the spec home is still under construction, a buyer can ask for personalized options to make sure it perfectly matches the buyer’s lifestyle and needs.
SEMI-CUSTOM HOMES
“Semi-Custom” home is for those homebuyers whose lifestyle and needs require more extensive customization of one of our neighborhood development homes. Customization can include alterations like eliminating a wall between room spaces, converting a bedroom into a home office, and choosing kitchen counters and facings that better suit a buyer’s tastes. Whatever customization is needed, we will respond.
