The Edge Apartments & Townhomes has 253 fully-furnished apartment units with 913 beds, developed and constructed in conjunction with Campus Works Construction, located across the street from Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia. Phase I opened in 2014 with 508 beds. Phase II opened in 2015 with 405 beds.
