Jeanne H. Stosser
President

Jeanne Stosser has been a prominent leader in New River Valley real estate development, investment and project management for 28 years. Jeanne is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Class A Contractor. She is a past President of the New River Valley Homebuilders Association (NRVHA). In recognition of her work, she was named NRHVA Builder of the Year in 2009, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Small Businessperson of the Year, and NRV Association of Realtors Developer of the Year Award in 1997.

Scott Stosser
Senior Vice President

Scott Stosser is co-owner of SAS Builders and a Class A Construction Contractor. In his 15 years with SAS, Scott has managed projects as diverse as single-family homes, multi-family apartment complexes, and commercial builds and renovations. His experience and focus on quality earned him the recognition of a New River Valley Builder of the Year award.

Joann Craig
Chief Financial Officer

Joann S. Craig is SAS Builders Chief Financial Officer with in-depth experience in real estate, construction, and finance. Since she joined the SAS team in 2001, Joann has financed more than $200 million in non-recourse loans and $100 million in recourse construction loans. Since 2004, she has also managed CMG Leasing, our property management team, growing the division from 1200 to 3500 beds. Prior to joining SAS Builders, she was CFO for American Healthcare, a company with 2,000 employees and annual revenues of $50 million. Joann is a graduate of Radford University with a BS degree in Accounting.

Jeff Stosser
Senior Vice President

Jeff Stosser is the Financial Analyst and Estimator for SAS Builders. Jeff has more than 11 years of experience in real estate investment, investments and property management. He is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Engineering.
